Sypnosis

Ling Ka-yip (Tony Leung) father is Ling Hin-kwong who is a wealthy businessman. Hin Kwong's company ,Tai Fook Company, is in the verge of collapse and his daughter Ka-man persuades him to let Sai-cheung , chairman of the People's Bank, to join the shares. Kwong thinks his daughter is too ambitious so he finds a solution with Ka-Yip. Later, Ka Yip dies in a car accident
