"D.P. is one of the boldest and darkest but bravest series I have watched so far. This well-written 6-episode series is like a movie with full-packed action with great soundtrack and heartfelt life lesson. This is Hae-in’s best acting so far. Hae-In and Kyo-Hwan are the perfect duo. And, I commend the supporting actors especially Hyun-Chul (as Private Cho) who delivered a well-acted devastating role. Highly Recommended! This series deserves a worldwide recognition. Congratulations D.P. Casts and Crew. Job well done! This is a “universal acclaim”. 4.8/5 stars. "- Haley

"this is such a good GOOOOOD drama it has all it needs to keep audience keep watching for more and get involved somehow in to the story. just a warning, this is not your usual korean series, this is depressing, explicit, triggering, and it could exhaust you somehow. but it is what it needs for this drama to have beautiful story telling. and one more, this is what a series should be, brutally honest.." - Antenta
Sypnosis
D.P. tells the story of a team of Korean military police with their mission to bring back deserters. An Jun-Ho (Jung Hae-In) is quiet and reserved but can be inflexible. An Jun-Ho works with Sergeant Park Beom-Gu and Corporal Han Ho-Yeol (Koo Gyo-Hwan) on the Deserter Pursuit team. Private Ahn Joon-ho and Corporal Han Ho-yul both team up to find the deserters, which often ends up in an adventurous journey.
The series highlights the undesirable side of the military in the South Korean context. Bullying and hazing are widespread. Those presumed to be at the lowest of the "food chain" are being thrown to the bottom of the pile, undergoing horrifying experiences at the hands of their superiors and fellow compatriots.
