Where the Wind Blows (Chinese: 風再起時) is a 2022 Hong Kong crime thriller film written and directed by Philip Yung. It is about notorious corrupt Hong Kong police officers during the 1960s. Tony Leung won the Best Actor at thee Asian Film Awards 2023.

Nam Kong (Tony Leung Chiu-wai) seems like gentleman on the surface but  he operates with a dagger under his cloak. He has huge connections and influence among the police force as well as in social circles. He works with Lui to build the groundwork for corruption and they respectively become Chinese Chief Detective of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon / New Territories in 1962. They lead tens of thousands of policemen and lord over organized crime.
